Naturally, purifying the blood with traditional home remedies is therefore essential.

This is because toxic substances and wastes accumulate in our bodies which eventually pass into the bloodstream, which seeks to eliminate them through the skin.

This is why acne problems are often linked to a buildup of toxins in the body.

This tea is ideal for stimulating the elimination of toxins and impurities in the bloodstream.

In addition, its consumption also helps activate the metabolism and lose weight.





  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley OR 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup hot water (Alkaline, Spring or Distilled)
  • lemon slices (optional)
  • Honey (optional)


  1. Measure dried parsley and add to a tea ball or fine sieve.
  2. Add hot water to fill your tea mug and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Adjust as needed, add more parsley for a stronger flavor and reduce the amount used for a milder flavor.
  4. Remove the parsley and add flavorings as you see fit, lemon and/or honey are common additions!
