    I started feeling effects faster than expected (2-3 weeks?) Definitely improves clarity and focus as others have said but it also has begun to make my dreams more vivid/clear and remembering them without writing them down has gotten better. I’m a cannabis user and as other may notice it sometimes makes dreams difficult to recall if you use it before sleep. Ive been taking a lot, though, 3 sprays @ 2-3 times a day. Im sure it varies much depending on your health and level of consciousness, but it its definitely a product that will simply take time to feel and use the true benefits.
