Extraction method
The traditional method of extraction involves heating the shilajit to make it more pliable and then scraping it off the rocks by hand. This method is considered to be the most authentic way of extracting shilajit, as it involves minimal processing and preserves the natural composition of the substance.
Heat does not effect the quality as with other herbal products such as lions mane or he shou wu.
Traditional use: rice grain to pea size amount, put into warm milk or tea water. Stir and then drink.
