A PERFECT day for Meditative Gratitude!

Greetings Everyone,

Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Thanks Giving…. Thank filled for Receiving all that we experience within this journey of life.

During the Grounding Meditation we had at The Meta-Center yesterday I had mentioned to everyone to express what you’re thankful for.

Then I switched it up…. I asked Maurice whose legs were shaking… barely holding it together in a pose to tell me if he is feeling that burn…. that pain.

He said YES! And exhaled loudly.

I told him (as well as the audience) to be thankful for this pain that you feel, as we know this is the pain of progress which only is happening because you are living. You’re amongst the living and because of this you’re able to partake in this ‘pain’ of growth.

You have the opportunity still to pursue your dreams and goals no matter how small or large they may be. You still have the opportunity to be with loved ones and to enjoy the peace… the sense of serenity that comes from sitting in a natural space uncluttered with disingenuous frequencies of chaotic thought forms.

And if worse comes to worse, if those challenges become a bit too much, you have a place where you can come to, to genuinely release and recharge that YOU manifested collectively as The Meta-Center.

I look forward to your presence and hearing of all those triumphs within your life!

Early yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon a young man came to The Meta-Center to pickup his order by the name of Diamonte. As we were briefly speaking he said some key words that moved me to ask him if he would like to have a conversation.

He said sure!

As we had this conversation over tea, he told me of his journey and the triumphs he has overcome. One of these triumphs was the overcoming of a habit that he came to the conclusion within himself that he no longer needed to do. This brought joy to my heart.

To Diamonte, keep it moving forward! And to everyone else who may be reading this, keep it moving forward and do not make your path more challenging than it has to be.
