I’m a musik sound lover. This is a great tool to have anywhere, anytime, with the sunlight at the beach, park, or layin in a dark room at night. It is better with headphones like recommended.

I was tense and did not feel quite right before I began incorporating the crystal sound therapy into my daily routine. I have been feeling, not ok for years! These sounds are indeed therapy as they have helped me to feel more grounded, get into much deeper meditative states and had a positive impact on my general wellbeing. The effects last throughout the day allowing for increased ability to focus , plan, be more calm and more inclined to spend time around others and go outdoors for longer periods of time . I purchased the Crystal Sound Therapy a week ago to help me regain balance within and i’ve been absorbing it for a week straight now. Each day i’ve noticed a gradual increase in my ability to focus during the meditation and also throughout the day. The individual chakra recordings have pinpointed what I need to do, or the things I need to change/remove so that I can elevate. Each time I listen to the full chakra recording there are different sensations that come up and I can feel my body/mind/spirit/aura slowly come back into balance. Of course I am incorporating this crystal sound therapy with other modes of balancing the body/mind/spirit but I honestly feel this is a great tool & addition to my daily routine. Thank you.
