I messed-up 1 week, got off track. Restart Today 3/12/21.
Thanks Tony, by fasting every other day. Drs visit: my cholesterol was up @200, Now, it’s down to 100. Yeah!!! Much 💘 to you.!!! Think I will continue to follow this diet to the end!
