Length of Sessions:
- 10 Minutes = A Quick in and out session to re-tune and Balance inner chi. Recommended, Weekly.
- 30 Minutes = Let’s deploy mindfulness meditative techniques, stretch and re-tune to balance inner chi. Recommended, every 1-1/2 weeks.
- 50 Minutes = Mindfulness meditative techniques, Chakra targeted vibrations, stretch and re-tune to balance inner chi. Recommended, Every 2 weeks.
We recommend starting off with a 50 minute session and from there one can adjust to 10 minute or 30 minute sessions if that’s what’s desired.
