- VPN Service
VPN Services are transitory digital network communications services, which enhance internet security and privacy. We do not condone any unlawful use of the VPN Services. VPN Services shall not be used for any criminal, illicit and illegal acts, and you accept and agree not to violate any law of any jurisdiction that you are originating from and any other applicable law. It is your responsibility to know and comprehend any and all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction or venue that concerns you, your actions and your use of VPN Services.
VPN allows a maximum of 3 simultaneous connections per account. That includes proxy connections, and each of them counts as a separate slot.
- Minimum-logs Policy
Minimum logging policy for VPN Service, meaning that the VPN Service is provided by an automated process and only activities that are needed for quality of service and diagnostics are recorded. Such as clients that access the torrenting peer-2-peer protocol. We do not actively monitor your browsing activity.
- Use of VPN account and passwords
Users will have to purchase a paid subscription to connect to the VPN Services, except in the case of a limited free trial or certain coupon offers.
You are required to create a user account to use the Services. If you choose to create a user account, you must provide some basic information, specifically: valid email address – to send the VPN communication, to retrieve a lost password and to make a VPN connection; payment information – we process basic billing information through our payment processing partners for payment processing and refund requests. You must maintain and update this information current, truthful, complete, and accurate. You warrant that you are authorized to provide such information. You authorize us to verify your information at any time. If it is found to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to the Services.
- Third-party software
As part of the VPN Services, we may, from time to time, include computer software supplied by third parties, which is utilized by permission of the respective licensors and/or copyright holders on the terms provided by such parties. The Meta-Center expressly disclaims any warranty or other assurance to you regarding such third-party software.
