    GOOD HAIR contains most of the vitamins and nutrients found in hair. These are the necessary nutrients that form the basis of healthy and strong hair, skin, nails, and more. Lack of these nutrients can cause dull, dry, brittle, breaking, unhealty, and weak hair, skin, nails, and many other health problems.

    Four GOOD HAIR capsules per day provide the recommended daily allowance of essential vitamins, iron, most minerals plus MANY other nutrients. There is usually no need for other vitamins or food supplements with GOOD HAIR.

    Directions
    Take 4 capsules daily as an excellent nutritional supplement. Peferably take 2 capsules with or after meals with an 8 to 12oz glass of water twice daily.
