This video shows a short, brief animation of plant based foods providing 64 times more the antioxidants than animal food products. Among some of the top, high level or superb antioxidants were greens like French spinach, broccoli, asparagus, and kiwi. One of the most surprising on the alkaline wavelength was blackberries. Berries have always been known to be very supreme in antioxidants but to rank the highest among all vegan like antioxidants was astounding.
