    Directions
    Take 4 capsules on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening on days 2 through 7. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. After 3 days, if you are not having a bowel movement daily, increase 2 caps per dose. Take as many as needed to achieve regular bowel movements daily up to a max of 8 caps per dose.

    The Cleaner is not suggested for children under 12. This product contains Senna,Psyllium and other natural herbs. If you have an allergic reaction to any of the herbs in The Cleaner, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. If you have a medical condition or taking medication, consult your physician before using. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by a doctor. Do not buy if seal is broken. Store at 15-30 degrees celsius (59-86 degrees Fahrenheit).

      Anyone women interested in purchasing these cleansing herbs do not hesitate. It works the following day. If you have a gentle stomach reduce the number of capsules do decrease the cramping of cleansing.

      I experienced stomach pain when not eating and taking this, however, I am a very strict vegan so in my case I had to have something on my stomach could not do on empty! In doing so my results were quick! I have been loosing weight some time still am every day! I have already purchased this product again!

      I would’ve given it 5 stars but I got nauseous on day four and had to pull off of it. But I did notice that my belly went down a half an inch.
      I think this product is for people who struggle constipation which was not one of problems. I just wanted to detox my liver and kidneys (which I’m sure if I did). I do recommend this product to get a good “clean-out”. I trust this company and their products.

      In my personal experience of trying different body cleansing and body detox The Cleaner has my recommendation over any other product.
      What I really like is that not only does it Work to clean the body, but if you follow the directions and listen to your body you will likely have the best results. I had to cut my dose by the fourth day to get my bowel solid but that one day was all it took and I was able to resume as instructed.
      Another thing about The Cleaner is I was able to go out on my routine and as long as there is a restroom available there was and ought to be no issue when the time approaches. Meaning, unlike other laxatives or cleaners where all of a sudden the feeling hits out of no where, my body let me know when it was going to soon be time to go, so I was not hit with a panic feeling that I have felt with other detoxing methods.
      Overall, I did this to detox my body and feel better within my body and the results are: my body feels lighter physically and energetically!

      This product is very true to its name. I unfortunately was only able to experience one day of taking these pills and they worked great even for that one day, I was able to pass several bowels with complete ease and comfort. I wish I could’ve done the full 7 days but I found out I was pregnant so I stopped taking them immediately as I’m not sure if they’re safe for pregnant women or not. I gave my remaining pills to my mother and they worked great for her, she lost a few pounds and was very pleased with the results. Thank you.

      I’ve tried many different products over the years and this one is the best–it is gentle and truly effective. Follow the directions but pay attention to your body and make adjustments as needed. On day 3, I had to take half a dose, due to including more roughage in my meals. Also, as eating causes peristalsis, I strongly recommend not to eat if a bathroom isn’t nearby. (I didn’t keep this in mind and went on a picnic!) Although I will continue to use this product on a monthly basis, I know that my food choices make the biggest difference. This supports my efforts to stay healthy.
