1. May Prevent cancer and heart disease
It contains flavonoids, antioxidants which help reduce the risk of some cancers and heart disease.
2. May Reduce ulcers and other gastrointestinal disorders
Recent research shows that honey treatment may help disorders such as ulcers and bacterial gastroenteritis. This may be related to the 3rd benefit.
3. Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-fungal

External application of honey has been shown to be as effective as conventional treatment with silver sulfadiazine. It is speculated that the drying effect of the simple sugars and honey’s antibacterial nature combine to create this effect. Studies have shown it to be very successful in healing wounds.
9. Probiotic
Some varieties possess large amounts of friendly bacteria. This includes up to 6 species of lactobacilli and 4 species of bifidobacteria. This may explain many of the “mysterious therapeutic properties of honey.”
10. May help to Strengthen the immune system

The lucidity honey was amazing. With the two chances I was able to use it. Unfortunately I was heating it by warming it by placing in pot of boiling water and the jar broke. Need to figure a better way of doing so. But definitely felt more connected with my body and present while doing Qi Gong

Lucidity honey is a great product I love how fast it works within the body/mind. The Lucidity honey is delicious w/ tea or alone. I like to take a tsp size alone it’s tasty with hints of grape and gives me a warm powerful sense of euphoria and calmness which last about 20 minutes, just enough time for me to melt into my meditation.
