I use this by putting it in my drinks during breakfast and lunch. I skip the evening because I don’t want to stay awake. I noticed after using this that I have a little hair growth on the top of my head – I have alopecia and nothing has worked for hair growth because of my thyroid issues. I’m not sure if this product is the reason for the growth, but i feel that it is. It doesn’t have a “taste” to it and I would recommend anyone that is having issues to try this Iodine.
