I have notice an huge increase in my mood, focus ,and memory. But when I take this before bed I’m in a different dimension,I’ve never been so thrilled to go to sleep, I would even say that all of the perks that one would get before sleeping are carried over to the dream world. One dream which seemed like it should have been a science fiction nightmare did a whole 360 I I was able to talk other dimensional beings out of obliterating the earth, in another dream participated in a family reunion with some of family members who have made the transition.
