Traditional Use: Turmeric has been a staple spice in South Asian kitchens for thousands of years, and stirring it into honey or warm milk is a long-standing household tradition in India.

Ingredients: raw honey, organic turmeric root powder, black pepper

Size: 8 oz.

Suggested use: Stir 1 teaspoon into tea, warm water, or warm milk. Drizzle over oatmeal, yogurt, or toast, or enjoy by the spoonful. Natural crystallization may occur; to soften, place the closed jar in warm water.
