Iodine is an essential trace mineral that the body cannot make on its own. This is true nascent free-elemental iodine (I2), 99.9%+ pure, suspended in pharmaceutical-grade sterile water in amber glass.
It is not iodide, an iodide salt, an iodine compound, or an iodine protein. Nothing else is added: no color, flavor, preservatives, or sweetener.
