Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a striking white mushroom that grows on hardwood trees, covered in long, shaggy spines that resemble a lion’s mane. This powder is an extract of the mushroom, more concentrated than plain dried mushroom powder, with a mild, earthy, slightly savory flavor that blends easily into coffee, tea, soups, and smoothies. At 1 gram daily, each 4 oz bag holds about 113 servings.
Our lion’s mane is wildcrafted, gathered from the wild rather than cultivated, so availability varies with the harvest. When out of stock, please check back.
